How does the free trial work?
First-time members get 14 days of Pro or Premier free. A card starts the trial: you pay $0 today and nothing until day 14. Cancel before then in Settings > Membership and you're never charged. Vendor has no trial and is billed at signup, and so is anyone who has had a Rangium trial before.
Do I need a membership to use Rangium?
Browsing marketplace listings, the community and the state firearm-law pages is free, no account needed. Tracking your armory, listing items for sale, posting and Vanta AI are part of a membership.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Settings > Membership opens our secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or update your card. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payments are processed by Stripe; Rangium never sees or stores your card number.
Is there a refund policy?
Pro and Premier start with a 14-day free trial for first-time members, so you can cancel before it ends and pay nothing. Vendor has no standard trial and is billed at signup, as is anyone who has had a trial before. Once a billing period starts, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays in your account until you delete it. Without a membership you can't view or add to your armory in the app, but you can export everything (CSV + JSON) or delete your account from Settings at any time. Subscribe again and it's all where you left it.
