When you sign up, you get full Pro access — marketplace, community, and Vanta AI — free for 14 days. We collect a card to start the trial, but you won't be charged until day 14. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link for fast checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try Pro risk-free and cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a billing period starts, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can export everything before your subscription ends, and we retain data for 90 days after cancellation.
