What's actually in your range bag? Trying to trim mine down

My range bag has slowly turned into a 30-pound disaster and half the stuff I haven't touched in months. I want to pare it down to a sensible loadout without leaving out the things that actually matter (looking at you, ear pro I forgot last week). What are the genuine essentials you carry every single trip versus the nice-to-haves you only bring sometimes? Bonus points if you mention the often-forgotten items.

Non-negotiables for me: eye pro + backup glasses, electronic ear pro + spare foamies, a basic med kit with a tourniquet, stapler/tape for targets, and a multitool. Everything else is situational.
I keep a small zip pouch of the boring stuff: spare screws for my optic, a torx set, and the correct loctite. Saved a friend's range day when his red dot backed out.
Don't forget a sharpie/paint pen and extra batteries for your optic and ear pro. The number of times dead muffs ended someone's day at my club is comical.
A real IFAK with a tourniquet you've trained with belongs in every range bag, full stop. Most ranges are not close to a hospital.
Mine got heavy too. I split it into a small 'always' kit and a bigger 'project day' bag. Way easier to grab and go now.
