Building my first AR in California and trying to navigate all the compliance requirements. Going with a featureless build to avoid the fixed mag. Can someone check my parts list? Lower: Aero M4E1, Upper: BCM 16 mid-length, Grip: Thordsen FRS-15. Am I missing anything for compliance?
